Refund and Returns Policy

Returns (showroom/shop purchases).
Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

After purchasing your item, if you get it home and feel it's not exactly what you wanted, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you wish to return your item and get a full refund, we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be returned to our showroom within 14 days of you receiving the item or the money back guarantee is void.

Items must be returned in perfect condition or the money back guarantee is void.

The 14 day money back guarantee does not include any transit cost billed by us.

The 14 day money back guarantee does not apply to custom orders or commission work.

Returns (custom orders).

All custom orders or commission work jobs are final. We do not accept returns for this work because these jobs involve special customised ordering which is specific to the customers requirements and are not part or our showroom floor stock.

Faults or damage.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has damage or faults that was not disclosed in the product description or photos, we will repair the damage at our own cost.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, we must be notified within 7 days after you receive the item.

Uncollected goods.

All items purchased must be picked up within 14 days or commercial storage fees may apply. If you require extended time before picking up your item, you must let us know after purchasing your item.

When goods have been purchased but haven’t been collected for a long period, we must follow specific disposal and notification procedures outlined in the Uncollected Goods Act 1995.
